CPOS gives you the map. CPOS Live is the guided expedition — live, applied to your actual brand, with Allie in the room to pressure-test your real decisions in real time. I do not have time for 8 weeks. Is this realistic for a busy operator? +
The sessions are 90 minutes, once a week. Office hours are optional but valuable — and even if you do not have a question, showing up to hear what other operators are working through is one of the best ways to learn. If creator marketing is a priority for your brand, 90 minutes a week is the most efficient path to building this correctly. If it is not a priority right now, CPOS Live probably is not the right fit — and that is okay.
Will this work for my industry or category? +
The CPOS framework is industry-agnostic by design.
