I'm the founder of Creator Partnerships Lab and I've spent 15+ years in creator marketing and communications — building partnership programs from scratch at startups and scaling them at global brands like Dr Pepper and Canada Dry.

I've been the first creator marketing hire at multiple companies, which means I've had to build these systems with limited budget, limited resources, and no playbook. I already bought the CPOS digital product. Do I need this too?+

CPOS gives you the map. CPOS Live is the guided expedition — live, applied to your actual brand, with Allie in the room to pressure-test your real decisions in real time. The product teaches you the system. The live program builds it with you. Your CPOS purchase is credited toward enrollment — reply to any email to arrange this before checking out.

I don't have time for 8 weeks. Is this realistic for a busy founder?+

The sessions are 60 minutes, once a week. Office hours are incremental and optional — and even if you don't have a question, showing up to hear what other operators are working through is one of the best ways to learn. If creator marketing is a priority for your brand, 60 minutes a week is the most efficient path to building this correctly. If timing is a concern, we recommend the Creator Partnerships Operating System which can be used on your own schedule.

Will this work for my industry or category?+

The CPOS framework is industry-agnostic by design. The strategy principles, deal structure, usage rights, measurement systems, and compliance requirements apply regardless of category — whether you're in CPG, SaaS, DTC, services, or B2B. The office hours exist specifically to adapt everything to your niche in real time. That's the whole point of the live format.

Every session is recorded and available to enrolled members. Office hours are optional — the recordings are there if you need them. The most important thing is to show up consistently, but missing one or two sessions will not derail your program.
